Who we are
Vail Stream Technologies Inc. is headquartered in Ontario, Canada. We started with a simple premise: a small practice deserves the same quality of infrastructure a large organisation takes for granted, without the enterprise price tag or the vendor runaround.
We are a small, focused team. When you work with Vail Stream, you talk directly to the people who build and maintain your systems — the same people answer the phone when something needs a person. No account managers, no ticket queues, no handoffs.
What we do
One specialisation, one usual starting point, and the pieces that hang off the infrastructure:
Practice IT & Infrastructure — The core service. The whole stack a clinical practice runs on, owned end to end: networks and firewalls specified for imaging, devices and multiple operatories; storage and backup with restores tested rather than assumed; practice-management and clinical software hosted, patched and kept reachable; and monitoring so we see problems before the waiting room does. Storage and access control are built with health-information privacy requirements in mind. For clinical practices — and any business that wants it handled the same way.
Consulting — Where most engagements start. We assess the setup you are running today and hand you a written plan with priorities: what you have, what is exposed, what to fix first, and what it costs to fix. Yours to keep, whoever ends up doing the work, and open to any sector — a firm, a shop, a studio, a warehouse.
Add-ons — A maintained website, hosted mailboxes on your own domain, and domain registration, renewals and DNS. Not the main event, but they belong with the same team rather than three separate vendors and three separate renewal dates.
